Our programs cater to Youth, Junior, Senior, Masters, and Beginners, meeting you where you are at to help you progress and reach your goals.
Be part of one of the largest weightlifting teams in New England, where expert coaching meets a culture of growth, strength, and success.
YOuth Weightlifting
Our youth athletes (17 start with Learn to Lift—a one-hour class focused on mastering the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting. In a fun and supportive environment, athletes develop proper technique, safe training habits, and overall athletic ability.
Once they demonstrate technical proficiency and training maturity, they progress to Learn to Train. Here, they continue refining their skills while building confidence, autonomy, and work ethic as they integrate into the club under the guidance of an experienced coach.
Remote coaching
You don’t have to train at Wormtown to be part of the club! Our Remote Program lets you train wherever you like while getting the same expert coaching and programming as our in-gym athletes.
With video feedback and strong communication, we’ll guide your progress, refine your technique, and help you hit new PRs.
And whenever you’re in town, you’re always welcome to drop in and lift with us—no extra charge.
WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS
Refine your technique, build strength, and hit new PRs in our weekly Weightlifting Class. Get expert coaching on the snatch and clean & jerk in an affordable, high-quality training environment.
Perfect for CrossFitters, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts looking to improve their lifts and dominate their sport.
Join us every Thursday, 6 - 7:15pm.
