This FREE session will introduce brand new or beginner folks to Olympic style weightlifting.


The session will review each lift (snatch, clean and jerk), let participants try some variations of the lifts and end with Q and A.

Once you have the basics down, have fun showing up to new workouts each week and progressing towards your goals!
