All youth members start with our Learn to Lift class. They will be taught weightlifting and fitness basics and learn how to take responsibility for their training & fitness.

Youth & Junior programs


Train with the biggest youth & junior team in the northeast. From a national champion to numerous podium finishes, this group continues to reach new heights while forming bonds that will last a lifetime.

aDULT pROGRAMS


Whether you want to compete at the highest levels or just for fun, we have a program suited to your needs. We have helped senior, master and recreation athletes get stronger & lift better. We will help you do the same.
